Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the sociogenesis and sociopoetics of non-hegemonic sexualities in a specific way, as well as to verify the treatment of the different manifestations of the (homo) sexualities by German researchers after 1933 with the implementation of the Third Reich until the subsequent defeat in 1945 of the Eicho-Rome-Berlin-Tokyo countries, which were led by Adolf Hitler, Benedito Mussoline and Michinomiya Hirohito. For this, a review of the literature was carried out based on a historiographical analysis, having as support the German language. They are theoreticians who compose the study: Magnus Hirschfeld (1904, 1910, 1914, 1920, 1930), by Burkhard Jellonnek and Rüdiger Lautmann (2012), Heindrun Kaupen-Hass and Christian Saller (2009) and Bernd-Ulrich Hergemöller (2000; 1999a; 1999b) among others with similar peer recognition. It can be considered that the processes and punishment and persecution during the III Deutsche Reich against LSBTI people, can be considered one of the historical milestones of the trajectory of the processes of abjection to dissident sexualities.
